What does 99%+ purity actually mean?+
Every lot is tested by reverse-phase HPLC and ESI mass spectrometry. Our release threshold is 98% purity by area-percent; average is >99%. The specific lot's CoA is published in our online CoA library.
How fast do you ship?+
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Most U.S. orders then arrive in 2–3 business days. Tracking is included on every shipment.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
How should I store these?+
Lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature for transit. For long-term storage, refrigerate at 2–8°C or freeze at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles after reconstitution.
Are these for human use?+
No. All products are sold strictly for research, laboratory, and educational purposes. They have not been approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use. By ordering, you confirm you are a qualified researcher acting in compliance with applicable laws. See our RUO Policy for details.
Who tests your peptides?+
Every lot is independently tested by trusted third-party analytical labs for identity and purity before release. The full CoA is published in our online CoA library.
What if my package is lost or damaged?+
Free shipment protection is included with every order. Email support@helixcorebio.eu with your order number and we will reship at no charge. Details on our Shipping and Returns pages.
Do you offer bulk pricing?+
Yes — for orders over €1.000 or custom synthesis work, email bulk@helixcorebio.eu for a quote.
Do you ship CoAs with the order?+
No. To keep our shipments discreet and reduce paper waste, we publish lot CoAs in our online CoA library instead — accessible anytime, for every product we ship.
Is the website discreet?+
Outer packaging is plain and unmarked. The shipping label only lists "HelixCore Biotech" as the sender — no product names, sequences, or research material indication on the exterior.
